Chinese Fish Wine

Brewers in China hope to net a whole new market with their latest product - fish wine.

A company in the north-eastern city of Dalian is producing the heady mix offish flesh and rice which is fermented for at least a month.

The makers say there's nothing fishy about the recipe - they describe the drink as sherry-like with a hint of the sea with only a hint of fish.
